First name, company, country, email, request content, area of interest, language, source-page path only, request reference, timestamps, and technical delivery status. Last name, phone number, and number of CNC machines are optional. To prevent abuse, Q1 temporarily derives a pseudonymous identifier from the network address; the contact database does not store the plain IP address. Cloudflare may provide the connection’s country code solely to select the initial language. The site also stores the device preferences listed in Section 10. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in your message.
Data is used only to respond to, evaluate, and route the request, provide requested materials, and take requested steps before entering into a contract. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for B2B contacts, Q1's legitimate interest in managing the business relationship and routing the request appropriately (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data is not used for marketing without a separate legal basis.
Fields marked * are required to process your request; without them, the form cannot be submitted. All other fields are optional and may be left blank.
Data may be accessed by authorized Q1 personnel, the Q1 entity responsible for the relevant territory, and providers needed to operate the service. OpenAI provides the publishing service through ChatGPT Sites; Cloudflare provides web-hosting and CDN services and hosts the D1 database. Your browser sends the form directly to Web3Forms (Web3Creative), an India-based company, for delivery to info@q1solution.com. Processing is governed by the Web3Forms DPA and, for relevant transfers outside the EEA, the Standard Contractual Clauses. Web3Forms identifies AWS, Cloudflare, and Hetzner for infrastructure, and CleanTalk or Akismet for anti-spam checks; the latter may receive IP and email data. Google Workspace operates the destination business mailbox. Q1 retains the applicable contractual records and transfer assessment.
The Q1 database copy expires 12 months after receipt. Automatic deletion runs on the next page visit or submission that triggers maintenance; with no traffic at all, deletion does not run at a fixed clock time. Legacy records without an explicit expiration are also deleted once one year has passed from a valid creation date. Anti-abuse identifiers expire after 20 minutes. Web3Forms states a maximum physical retention period of 3 years unless the plan provides a shorter period or the record is deleted earlier. Requests received in the Google Workspace mailbox info@q1solution.com are retained for 12 months. If a business relationship is established, necessary information may be retained separately for applicable contractual and statutory periods.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may also file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Requests may be sent to info@q1solution.com.
The form does not use automated decision-making or profiling. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.
No optional analytics or marketing tools are currently connected. Technologies required for site operation, security, and storage of your privacy choices remain active. Optional categories start off, and no future script may load until you authorize the matching category. Reject is available at the same level as Accept, and the initial X means rejection of non-essential technologies. Before enabling a provider, Q1 will connect both loading and removal to the choice and update this notice with its purpose, provider, cookies, and retention. You can change your choices at any time through the “Cookie preferences” button.
q1_locale is a required cookie that stores your selected language for 12 months. q1_privacy_preferences is required local storage that keeps the notice version, date, expiration, and analytics and marketing choices for 180 days; the panel appears again after expiration. No analytics or marketing cookies are set today. Q1 logos, video, brochures, and captions are served directly by this site. The video uses preload “none” and is not downloaded until you start it.
